Great pay.
Opportunities to go into other departments.
Employee discount is 10% off (but you have to pay with your RedCard or cash).
At my particular store, the management staff are awesome people (in my opinion).
It's fun, fast-paced, and really easy work.
The guests, some of the people who shop at our store, can be downright awful, rude, and mean. They can be that way at any store, but here it seems particularly bad.
Scheduling is an absolute pain to get changed.
Understaffed.
Please hire more people!
