Hirevue video questions. There are 3 questions. You get 3 chances to record each answer. So, if you're nervous and mess up the first time, you can do it again. If successful, a telephone interview will follow to ask about availability, etc.

The phone interview involved only one session with two interviewers. Both interviewers were easygoing. It was peculiar that neither was directly involved with my project at Target. The interview lasted approximately 15-18 minutes.
