Friendly team members, work-life balance, flexibility, Great training.
Not enough hours, not enough staff, so workload can be heavy. A lot of work for little hours, which then equals little pay. Fifteen dollars an hour is deceiving.
Give people more hours and adequately staff areas so that one person calling out doesn't bring down a whole department.
