Emotional support was nonexistent, and it was physically dangerous
They paid me for working.
Store management was directionless. HR was combative and deflective. Team members were assaulted and ignored when trying to confront solutions to these problems.
Ignore corporate, get fired, and then tell everyone about how corporate behaves and ignores humans. Corporate only cares about not losing their butts to another evil giant which is Amazon.
