I made money for the time I worked.
Management did not care about employees, just the bottom line. I was fired because I helped kids off a school bus and rendered first aid after it had caught fire on the road in front of the store. Officially, I did not fit with the company.
Care more and reward employees for a job well done, not just tear them down for not meeting your goals.
