Freedom to get work done, paid breaks, decent pay, plus incentives for working nights, weekends, and in the freezer.
No room to grow, horrible work environment, great potential, poor execution.
Keep a more watchful eye on team member and merit member productivity. Most are too lax, and work could be finished quicker.

The interviewer didn't know where to focus. He was just randomly picking unrelated questions. Some of the questions were very basic, like math questions from school days. The interviewer was focusing on failing rather than getting the answers.
