I happened to know someone whose sister was the recruiter for my area. I applied through her and had my first interview over the phone. Then, I had a following two interviews within a month or so.

The process included an introductory phone call with the lead recruiter for the region, followed by two Zoom meetings with store and district directors in the region you are applying to.
