No individual growth.
Recognition is very biased.
Very hard to get into good projects.
I worked here with three different managers. None of them were technically qualified to understand the developer's work, and they judged us by our boasting, not by talent and hard work. We saw many people getting appreciation by being favorable, not by their work.
They kept doing re-organization activities but again made stupid decisions. No one knew anything about technical advancements happening around.
So much favoritism happens around the managers, and they screw up the careers of employees for their benefits.
Don't join this company if you want to grow by your talent and can be easily manipulated.

I have questions on my project, particularly about the basics in most of the subjects that I had studied. Questions like: What is RDBMS? What is OOPs? etc.
