Target is a good company, but a manager plays an important role
I came across a director who supported everyone to grow.
Finally, I came across a manager who is racist, discriminating against his state people, and ruining the complete project.
Please evaluate the manager appraisals. At least review the bonus. If an employee is given some percent of hike and zero bonus, please try to find the exact reason behind it by discussing with the affected employee and their associated peers.
