Target is a great company to work with, and has an awesome culture. We get to work on a lot of cutting-edge technologies, such as Kotlin, Kafka Streams, and Docker. The work culture is really flexible.
As it is a fairly large company, sometimes work in some teams can be quite repetitive and boring. You cannot change projects very easily.
