Starts with a recruiter call. Then another. Then arrangement for a phone screening. Then answer a homework assignment. Then fly to MSP for an onsite interview - three sessions of vetting. Then feedback.

The interview process was longer than expected. They actually ghosted me for a few weeks and conducted three technical screening interviews. I feel that management was not prepared for scheduling interviews.

Two phone call conversations with developers. A case study, an unpaid approximately 8-hour project. They gave a week, but expected it done after 3 days. On-site interview with three different one-on-one sessions. Throughout the process, they seeme
