Compensation did not grow in sync with my technical growth.
Work-life balance varies from project to project.
My first project was a support project where I worked harder without any support but got only negative returns. I was thrown out of the project as a poor performer. However, my second project was a development project, where my performance was acknowledged and appreciated by all, and I got promoted to the next level, which surprised my first manager.
I have questions on my project, particularly about the basics in most of the subjects that I had studied. Questions like: What is RDBMS? What is OOPs? etc.
Applied company via LinkedIn. Received a call from H.R. describing the job and my skill set. Round 1: Coding Interview. Need to write a Java code solution. Round 2: Discussion on the code implementation. Technical Round. Round 3: Management Round
Two rounds of technical interviews. One with basic questions and a second with the manager. The interview went for 2 hours, covering many scenarios. Followed by an HR interview.
