Work-life balance is pretty good. No one will ask you to work after 5 or 6 in the evening, and no one will question you even if you log in at 11 AM.
You will have the opportunity to explore new things and stuff. But we need to make sure we ask our managers. Unless we ask, there is no way we are going to learn stuff.

Growth is something we need to earn. Only if we can showcase our skills, we will be paid better. Sometimes, even if you work hard, it's our responsibility to showcase the work that we have done. Otherwise, we will not be recognized by our managers, even if we do some excellent stuff.
