Work-life balance, nice people, 401(k), dental, eyewear, medical, work from home, paid time off, personal holiday, and well-being hours.
Low quality software engineer team, too many contractors. Slow pacing. Low pay. Too many unproductive people, too many meetings. They take tech unseriously.
Hire better talent and reduce the number of low-quality contractors.
I had a phone screening which was pretty much behavioral, focusing on my past work. Then, I had a live 30-minute coding interview, which was quite easy. It involved creating a map, making a 'put' call, and a 'get' call.
Video interview on coding pad. The interviewer had questions they wanted me to explain and code out. They also asked preliminary questions relating to skills, languages, background, interests, and workplace preferences.
Easy interview. Great interaction with everyone involved in interviewing. Constant feedback and updates from the recruiter. I had 4 rounds in total. Technical rounds were a bit tough, but just like any other software engineering interview.
