Target Interview Experiences
SWE Intern
20-minute virtual screen with a rep on Target Tech Talent Day, followed by a final interview. This includes a 45-minute behavioral/technical interview and a 30-minute job shadow. An offer was sent three weeks later.

It was pretty good. It had a recruiter screen, then a coding test that involved creating a shopping cart class. It wasn't anything too crazy. Overall, everyone was nice and responsive.
