Excellent work-life balance. No night shifts. Good pay. Masterful organization for experienced people. Excellent brand image. Takes good care of employees. Excellent work culture. Captive. Technology-focused. Ready to adapt to changes. Free lunch. Very good HR.
Upper management hiring is not good. There are some old uncles in the organization who have been there for more than 10 years. They think as if they know everything. These people do a lot of micromanagement and become a pain in the ass when someone tries to escalate on them. So the mantra is, "stay away from these people." Group managers question a lot when it comes to promoting someone, but the same people favor a lot of girls in the organization. Isn't this something fishy?!
Please hire some good Sr. Managers and Group Managers.
