- Laid-back atmosphere, ideal for married women.
- WFH option once in a while.
- Onsite opportunities for some team members if they are involved in good projects and under good managers.
- Casual dress code.
- Some people in higher positions try to micromanage.
- Not very good benefits.
- Less room for career development unless you take the initiative.
- No challenging projects; the teams in Minneapolis tend to take good projects and delegate all repetitive and operations work to Bangalore folks.
- Expect more pay, less applies to employees.
