Software Engineer Interview Experience - Belgrade, Serbia
Process
I applied online.
HR arrived more than 15 minutes late to the interview, which left a slightly unprofessional impression. During the conversation they seemed somewhat disengaged, although the discussion itself went reasonably well overall. I left with the feeling that there was a solid basis to be invited to the next stages of the process, but unfortunately I was not contacted again.
