Pros: The atmosphere is really great because everyone is super friendly. You get to choose your own work schedule, and no one really cares what time you come in and leave as long as you get your hours in. They go by the trust system on logging in hours, which is really convenient. If you need to get something done, you can go directly to whomever. There is no process as long as you get it done. With that said, everyone is super nice and straightforward. Everyone is really welcoming and loves to foster new talents.

Cons: A lot of expectations. They claim themselves as "scrappy," meaning there is no one way to do things, so things are done in many other ways by many people, and nothing gets chosen in the end. That can go wrong on so many levels for such a revolutionary company. You can spend weeks on a project only to have it be already finished by someone else, or have it get denied last minute.

Pros: Gives you a lot of responsibility and opportunity to try things out.

Cons: It can be overwhelming sometimes.

Pros: Lot of stock appreciation potential.

Cons: Pretty ordinary work in most of the departments, except maybe in in-car software and autopilot.
