I'm not sure how often this happens, but it was quite frustrating, given the time it can take to prepare.

Cons: Management people are filled with egos. They will fire in an instant without any prior notification. It's not employee friendly. Work conditions are poor.

Cons: Poor management style where managers take their employees' credit in meetings. People gate-keep to gain better visibility. Gender and racial discrimination cases. Bro culture.
