The most unprofessional HR I have ever seen. Let me tell you why:

• May 26: A Tesla recruiter reached out to me for the position on LinkedIn by himself; I did not even apply for the position. He said my background was highly suited for the position and that he wanted to tell me more about the role. I responded within a few hours, stating that I was interested.
• May 28: He asked whether I would be open for a chat, and I said yes. I asked him to suggest an appointment, and we set a time.
• June 16: Nothing happened until then (19 days), when I finally asked about the current status and when he had time. He said he had time the following Monday, June 21. I accepted it directly. He did not respond anymore.
• June 21: The day we were supposed to have the appointment, he still did not answer. I asked again whether he had time. No answer.
• June 23: He apologized after two days of silence following the supposed appointment day and asked whether Thursday worked for me. He even suggested two timeframes on Thursday. I picked one of the timeframes and asked him to send me a confirmation of the meeting. He then responded and asked for my email address. I sent it to him. And again, since then, nothing has happened.

This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had to face from an HR representative.

I am sure this does not match the standards of Tesla, but the way the HR person behaved was a disaster.

I am not posting their name, but if Tesla contacts me, I would be glad to share their name and the whole conversation.

It is sad that people like this decide on the jobs of technical experts.
