Onsite interview.
A half-day process, consisting of multiple one-on-one interviews and a team interview.
All interviews were low-key and friendly, but you are aware (internally) that they are evaluating you for the job.
There was a break for lunch, during which people were friendly.
A brief tour of the engineering facility was also included.
