Cell Engineer Interview Experience - Austin, Texas

Process

The interview process involved several stages:

  • A phone screen with HR.
  • A technical screen with a hiring manager.
  • A 90-minute written test.
  • A presentation and panel interview.

The first two stages were quite simple. The test was relatively straightforward, and the panel interview was surprisingly casual.

The panel members were very nice. They were looking for holes in my armor but were not confrontational about it. I had a great time talking individually to each of them.

Two weeks after the panel interview, I received a cookie-cutter rejection email. Aside from the lame ending, it was overall a pretty good and educational interview process.
