Process
I had a 30-minute phone interview with the department manager. He started by asking me questions about my education and professional background.
Then, he allowed me to describe my experience with fuel cell testing as detailed on my resume and asked many questions about project specifics. The details he cared most about were technical, such as the physical meaning of certain parameters and battery knowledge.
Finally, he asked me about my other experience with lithium-ion batteries.
