You need to present a demo. The principal has rich experience and will ask very detailed questions. The HR representative is pretty nice and will give you suggestions to prepare for the interview.

Pros: Exciting large CapEx projects. Super challenging due to timeline and budget constraints, but they will turn you into a much better engineer. You could have great teammates, but you depend on the team.
Cons: Extremely poor leadership and management. Depending on the team and team manager/lead, you may gain valuable experience or pick up bad habits. It could get very political if you get caught in some situations. Many people have big egos and worry too much about their feelings instead of treating work-related matters more professionally.
