I applied through an employee referral and was contacted by a recruiter.
The first step was a take-home data exploratory challenge.
The second step was a phone screening with a passionate software engineer, consisting of a 15-minute discussion, a 30-minute technical question, and a coding exercise.
This was a good experience, and the process was fast.
