Embedded Software Engineer Interview Experience - Palo Alto, California
Process
The interview process began with a 30-minute skills test conducted remotely with HR. After passing, a phone interview with the manager was scheduled. During this interview, you were required to solve a coding exercise through an online notepad. Upon passing that stage, an on-site meeting was scheduled. There, you were required to present a 20-minute technical presentation to a panel of 5-6 people, who would then interview you for 30 minutes each. Finally, a written exercise was given, requiring a minimum 400-word answer to two questions.
