Process
About 4 months before the start date of the internship, I had two 30-minute online interviews, spaced 5 days apart.
The first conversation focused on my research background and how I manage competing priorities across multiple projects. In the second round, I spoke with the team manager.
Nine days after the second interview, the recruiter asked me to submit, in writing, three points of my exceptional achievements. These were reviewed by the executive team. A day after that, I received my offer letter with a 48-hour deadline to accept or decline it. Upon request, they extended this to a week.
