The interview process wasn’t as expected. The communication was alright, but the interview with HR was very inefficient.
It was structured, but the recruiter asked the same question two to three times. Therefore, she wasn’t capable of adjusting the questions in accordance with my answers. I wouldn’t expect something like this from Tesla, where, as the recruiter said, there is a lot of "seniority."
