Process
First, I was called for a screening, then an interview with a senior engineer from the hiring team. They asked questions related to my experience and then technical questions regarding the Powerwall. Some of these concepts I learned 13 years ago and didn't expect them to be asked. I also didn't realize they would go into such depth. I thought perhaps they were easy questions and I should have known them, but as I hadn't worked in that area for a long time, I had forgotten most of them.

Micromanagement. Punished for mistakes but not recognized for the hard work. Always trying to give good results with things not being ready at the speed needed. This environment starts to kill your mental health. I had my first anxiety attack working here. I love what I do, but I feel really bad not knowing what to expect the next day. They pretend to motivate you with fear instead of helping you to grow and be better. I think I won't last too much.
