They asked about my previous experiences quite thoroughly and with a technical focus. It involved two different hiring managers, and I was asked about CAD experience, fixture design, etc.

Pros: A ton of responsibility is given to even the interns. They are DEFINITELY not treated as an "intern" but rather as a full-time employee. The quality of work is stimulating and rewarding.
Cons: Intern hourly pay is not as high as at other companies.
