Engineering Technician Interview Experience - Fremont, California

Process

Short 20-30 minute interviews were conducted with 5-6 hiring managers.

Most of the questions focused on my background and knowledge.

Some questions covered PLC programming and troubleshooting circuits.

They probed extensively on why I wanted to work for the company.

They expect candidates to be excited about their technology and possess some knowledge of what the company actually does.

If you don't know something, be honest.

This felt more like a "will you be a good fit" assessment than a "are you actually qualified" one.

I feel like they would train the right person.
