Multiple interviews. Panel interviews. Great interviewer. Helpful about explaining the job. One of my favorite interviews. Hard but super worth it.

Pros: Great career experience in a fast-paced environment. People are always willing to share knowledge. The work is never stale; there's always work to be done.
Cons: There's always work to be done, so there is a culture of working long hours. You don't have to abide by it, of course, but there is that pressure.
