Process
The interview was conducted over the phone, during the last part of the process. The interviewer was good, but I had a feeling he was busy. Despite this, he tried to give me enough time to explain and detail all the answers I provided.

Cons: Good for new full-time engineers to promote themselves. And it is really nice for us to get to know how advanced tech works.

Pros: If you want to challenge the norm and be excited about going to work every day, then this is a good place to be.
Cons: The hours can sometimes be long, and tight deadlines don't help. The company is growing at a rapid pace, so some of that is expected.
