I submitted the below feedback on my interview experience, only to have my entire Tesla career profile deleted. This is appalling. I am curious why no one speaks out about this level of abusive candidate management.
I was questioned on areas that were out of reach from my past experiences (CV) and engineering studies. Specifically, I have the following to detail:
I was questioned on SQL coding and the understanding behind PLCs.
I was asked about my understanding of electrical diagrams.
I was tested on engineering fundamentals, including pressure flow through pistons, 3D spatial awareness, and the use of Solidworks and AutoCAD.
My experiences with suppliers, operations (technicians and engineering), and maintenance/reliability were also discussed, although this was mostly ignored.
