Had two telephone interviews. Was invited for an open house in Melbourne.
Well, it was actually a "booze party" for the recruitment team, so please don't be fooled. The actual candidates had already been selected, as they were wearing green badges given by Tesla. The interview process is a joke. Very poor leadership and an immature recruitment team.
