I submitted my resume directly to their website. Within a week, I got a 30-minute phone interview from an in-house recruiter asking standard questions. The second round, within a week later, was another 30-minute call with the Hiring Manager, who asked more technical questions. I heard back from the recruiter within 48 hours afterward.
