Pros: - Fantastic autonomy to do my own work and seek my own projects out.
- Solid management and leadership, although sometimes managers got very busy and it was hard to stay in communication all the time.
- Great mission, overall team, and work was incredibly interesting.
Cons: Commute was a little long. Not the company's fault.
People tended to be very busy, and it sometimes was hard for people to pay attention to me, but it taught me to be more self-serving and resourceful.
