Process

I applied for a position online for battery cell in Berlin.

The process involved:

  • A written exam.
  • A first talk with the recruiter.
  • An interview with the lead engineer of the area.
  • A panel interview with three more engineers of the area.
  • A final interview with the senior manager in the US.

After a long process, I was told I had been approved for a write-up. However, the CEO then said all hiring must be paused, and I did not get the job in the end.

Months later, I managed with difficulty to get back in touch with the recruiter and the engineering manager. They said the position was not going to open any time soon.
