Everything was very well planned and aligned smoothly.

The interview process was clear, and the communication was timely. The coordinators did a good job making sure expectations were set.

The only issue I experienced was that the interview had to be postponed once, which slightly delayed the process.

Other than that, the overall experience was positive, and everything felt structured and professional.

There were some basic questions about myself. Then we started to dive deep into my current job and what I do. We tried to understand if I could be a good fit for that opening.
