Mechanical Design Engineer Interview Experience - Palo Alto, California
Process
I was reached out to and asked to take an aptitude test online. I was given a few days to study the provided list of topics.
Once I passed the aptitude test, I had a preliminary interview with the head of the division I would be working under.
Following this, I completed a more technical interview with an engineer on the team, and then another technical interview with an engineer from a different team.
Had I passed these interviews, I would have had to do a presentation for a panel of engineers. However, I did not hear back or receive any follow-up after the third interview.
Overall, everyone was very friendly, informative, and seemed willing to make the process comfortable and smooth, up until the point of not hearing back.
