Cons: Along with the resources, high pay, and status you get, you are expected to deliver big results. Intern projects at Tesla are smaller in scope but generally not that different in importance compared to full-time engineers. The work you do is important, and therefore, there's lots of pressure on you to deliver your project well and quickly.
