Cons: - Zero regard from administration toward staff members (everyone is replaceable). - Chaotic work procedures (the one with the highest voice has the highest priority). - Lack of trustworthy communication among different administration levels (everyone wants to save their own backs). - Significant loss of information due to rapid changes in staff and team members. - The biggest part of the new employees are fresh graduates (very little experience) with no one capable or with the time to properly onboard them.

Pros: There are exciting projects, a fast pace, and variety in the projects.

Cons: There was a lack of any administrative support, including HR, ADA, and IT.

Pros: Fast-paced work environment and highly outcome-driven.

Cons: Demanding work creates more work pressure.
