Mechanical Design Engineer Interview Experience

Process

The interview process began with an initial screening, followed by a mechanical engineering assessment. Then, I had a phone call with a team member.

That's when it stopped for me.

I met the recruiter at a convention or job fair. I feel like that is the best way to actually get called rather than just applying online. I have never heard back from an online application, only through handing out my resume at a job fair or talking to a recruiter directly.
