Process
First, I was introduced to an engineering manager.
Then, I spoke with a hiring manager about different available roles and whether they might be a good fit.
She then scheduled a time for me to talk with members of the engineering team, which is where the questions became more technical.
The next steps (which I did not make it to) would have been a design challenge and an in-person presentation.
