Pros: Team environment - everyone is interested in the growth of everyone & willing to invest time outside their own projects to share knowledge and provide guidance. No secrets between teams - everyone eager to collaborate. Incredibly fulfilling work - saving the planet. You will never work with a team more exceptionally talented and driven than those at Tesla.
Cons: Work-life balance is questionable at best. Managers are understanding and accommodating, but the exec level doesn't seem to be on the same page.
