I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days.
Initial call with a different team (solar), then referred to another team (bot) with a better match, and then started the first technical round. 60 minutes to answer 20 questions. Overall, a good process.

Given a rectangular beam and cross section as shown, what happens to the beam deflection when dimension x is increased by 2x and dimension y is decreased by 2x?

Pros: Proud to work there. Lots of hands-on experience and the freedom to do your own work. Opportunities to take work from beginning to end.
Cons: Disrespectful managers with no regard for regular work hours. Expect to work about 60 hours a week minimum and get paid only for 40 hours. The salary does not compensate for what the company demands of employees. Significant lack of organization throughout the company, which was a constant source of annoyance.

Pros: You get to work on bleeding-edge designs with some very intelligent people. You get the chance to prove that you can hang with the best. Your experience will be dependent heavily on how your direct manager operates. I was lucky and had a great manager, but this is not always the case.
Cons: Extremely high turnover, especially at the senior managerial level. Zero work-life balance. Very political promotion process. Unfair allocation of titles.
