I visited the Tesla booth at a job fair. They were conducting interviews the next day, and I requested one.
The interview was one-on-one, featuring standard STAR behavioral questions. The interviewer was very helpful, explaining what they were looking for and providing feedback on how well my answers aligned with their company mindset.
