I had two interviews for a Mobile Tire position. Both were virtual interviews through Teams.
The first interview with the Supervisor was very professional and informative.
The second interview with the Manager was more focused on deeper, reflective questions, things like my strengths and how they would contribute to the team. These are the kinds of questions that really benefit from full attention, eye contact, and a focused conversation.
However, the interview was conducted while the Manager was driving the entire time, which made it difficult to have a meaningful and engaged discussion. The lack of focus and connection affected the overall quality of the interview.
