• One four-person panel interview with senior engineers and managers.

Questions asked included:

• Root cause analysis of a thermal system failure.
• How to ensure consistent cutting of a steel beam (equipment validation).
• Root cause analysis of a motor-driven system performing out of specification.
• Abstract brain teasers to assess thinking under pressure.

Overall, the interview was fairly challenging.
